Our Working Method – Perfect Walls from A to Z

At Bouwcons, we don’t deliver half work. We take care of the entire process: preparation, sanding, wallcovering, and painting. This ensures you receive perfectly finished, ready-to-use walls.

1. Preparation

A clean workspace is essential for a flawless finish. We kindly ask you to empty the rooms and, if needed, cover the floors so we can work efficiently and safely.

2. Machine Sanding of Walls

For optimal adhesion, we sand all walls using professional wall sanders equipped with dust extraction. This minimizes dust release and ensures a cleaner, healthier environment.

3. Small Wall Repairs

Imperfections, holes, and minor damages are professionally repaired. We create a perfectly smooth surface before applying the wallcovering.

4. Applying Renovlies / Fiberglass Wallcovering

We use only 150–200 gram renovlies of top quality.

After application, we seal all edges around door frames, walls, and ceilings to achieve a seamless, professional result.

5. Painting the Wallcovering

Once the wallcovering has fully dried, we can paint the walls using high-quality paint from EinzA or SPS Multimat (scrub class 1).

Color options include:

• RAL 9010
• RAL 9016
• RAL 9003
   or any other color of your choice.

6. Protective Stain-Resistant Coating

For extra durability, renovlies can be finished with a special stain-repellent coating. This is ideal for households with children, pets, or high-traffic areas.
