Den Hoorn – Renovlies Wallpaper & Interior Painting for New Build
For this new-build project in Den Hoorn, Bouwcons completed the interior finishing with a focus on a clean, modern and durable result. The work included professional wall preparation, sanding, Renovlies wallpaper and high-quality two-coat painting on both walls and ceilings.
Because this is a new-build home, a controlled build-up was important. The surfaces were prepared first, Renovlies was then applied as a stable base and the paintwork was completed across several rooms. In some areas, the client chose to install decorative wallpaper independently. Bouwcons handled only the preparation and professional finishing of those surfaces.
Several modern colour tones were used throughout the project, including Little Greene Masquerade Mid 333, S1510-Y30R, S1515-Y10R, S1510-R40B and S4020-G50Y. These colours create a warm and contemporary atmosphere across the home. The final result combines clean new-build walls, durable materials and a carefully coordinated colour scheme.
The colour codes are intentionally preserved because they distinguish the Den Hoorn project. The nuance around the decorative wallpaper also remains: the client installed it independently, while Bouwcons handled the preparation and surfaces. This keeps the division of work correct and factual.
