Poeldijk – Renovlies, schilderwerk, stucwerk
For this project in Poeldijk, Bouwcons combined several finishing tasks. The ceiling was skimmed to create a perfectly smooth surface. This created the base for a calm ceiling finish that suits the clean appearance of the home.
The walls were finished with Renovlies wallpaper. Renovlies provides stability and durability and forms a suitable base for paintwork. The full finish was then painted in RAL 9010, giving the rooms a light and even appearance.
The dormer was also included in this project. Uneven areas and imperfections were corrected, after which the finishing and paintwork were completed in the same colour. As a result, the dormer connects visually with the walls and ceiling. The project clearly shows how ceiling skimming, Renovlies, RAL 9010 and dormer repair can come together in one complete and well-kept finish.
For Poeldijk, the relationship between ceiling, walls and dormer is especially important. The text therefore describes each part separately while also showing why the same RAL 9010 finish creates calmness. No extra work has been added beyond ceiling skimming, Renovlies, painting and dormer repair.
Poeldijk therefore remains connected to a concrete complete project: smoothing the ceiling, stabilising the walls with Renovlies, finishing everything in RAL 9010 and repairing the dormer.
