Rotterdam – Bouwcons Renovlies & Premium Finish in Sandy Beach and Urban Taupe
This three-level apartment in Rotterdam Centrum was professionally finished with Bouwcons Renovlies. By applying Renovlies, the walls received a smooth and durable base for the further premium finish. In a home with several levels, consistency is important because colour and wall quality repeat throughout the interior.
The walls were painted in two coats. Flexa Sandy Beach was chosen for the bedrooms, bringing a warm and calm tone. Urban Taupe was used in the remaining spaces. The ceilings were also finished in Urban Taupe and professionally sprayed for a clean final result.
The original project information clearly states that the preparatory work on the ceilings was not part of the Bouwcons scope. The final ceiling finish was included in the overall visual result. By combining Renovlies, Sandy Beach, Urban Taupe and sprayed ceilings, the apartment received a warm, modern and harmonious interior.
