Stellendam – Premium Renovlies 150g, Painting & Photo Wallpaper
Premium Finishes for a New-Build Home
For this new-build project, Bouwcons delivered high-quality wall and sloping ceiling finishes, combining premium materials, professional equipment and meticulous attention to detail.
Ground Floor – Premium Renovlies and Elegant Colours
The walls were professionally sanded using the latest-generation Festool equipment to create a smooth and even surface.
Next, Bouwcons Premium Renovlies 150g was applied using the professional Tapofix system. This system ensures an even distribution of adhesive across the entire surface of the wallpaper, contributing to optimal adhesion and a high-quality finish.
After installation, the seams were carefully finished with acrylic sealant to achieve a neat and uniform appearance. The walls were then painted in the colours selected by the client:
* RAL 9016 – a bright white shade that creates a fresh, modern look. * Flexa Pure Kleurenstaal A4 – Subtle Greige – a sophisticated greige shade that adds warmth and elegance to the interior.
To introduce an individual design feature, a decorative photo wallpaper mural was installed on one of the ground-floor walls, creating an eye-catching focal point.
First Floor – Sloping Ceiling and Wall Finishing
On the first floor, the sloping ceiling was carefully prepared. All holes and imperfections were filled with finishing compound and professionally sanded to achieve a smooth, even surface.
The ceiling was then spray-painted with two coats of paint in RAL 9016, ensuring consistent coverage and a clean, professional finish.
The walls on this floor were prepared and finished using the same professional method as on the ground floor, including Renovlies application and careful seam finishing. RAL 9016 was also selected for the walls, creating a harmonious and cohesive look with the sloping ceiling.
The Final Result
The result is a modern new-build home featuring beautifully finished walls, smooth sloping ceilings, carefully selected colours and a striking photo wallpaper feature wall.
By combining premium materials, advanced professional equipment and modern application techniques, Bouwcons delivers high-quality interior finishes tailored to each client’s wishes, with a focus on precision, aesthetics and durability.
